Since each item is personalised, we begin creating your product after the order is placed.
- Design & Production Time: 3–5 business days
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another notification when your order is shipped.
Please note: Processing time may vary slightly during peak seasons or public holidays.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
We ship all across India using trusted delivery partners.
- Standard Shipping Time: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once your order is on its way.
- Estimated delivery timeline: 7–10 business days from the date of order
3. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders across India — no minimum purchase required.
4. Delivery Delays
Although we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays or courier service issues
- Remote delivery areas
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number.
5. International Shipping
We currently ship only within India. If you are located outside India and are interested in our products, feel free to get in touch — we’re working on expanding soon!
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us at onceuponyou.store@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order (with photos if the product is damaged).
- We will resolve the issue or arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.
